TERMS and CONDITIONS A 50% deposit is required at the time a reservation is made. Either cash, personal check or Travelers Checks are acceptable. The deposit is only refundable if reservations are canceled with at least 90 days notice, and the house is subsequently rented. If we do not rent the house, the entire deposit will be retained. (We advise you to purchase travel insurance. It is inexpensive and the smart thing to do. For competitive rates, go to InsureMyTrip.com.) There are no early departure refunds. We require a $150 security deposit, which will be returned after the house is inspected. Multiple day minimum reservations may be required during busy periods, typically holidays or special events. Rates subject to change without notice. Basic Rental Requirements: Rentals will not be accepted with less than 10 days notice. The rate is $1,500 per week plus tax (7% Puerto Rico rental tax) (7 day minimum, 8 person maximum including children.) A 50% rental deposit is required - balance (remaining 50% plus tax) is due on arrival. Rental deposits not received within 7 days of reservation will result in automatic cancellation Rentals with less than 30 days notice require payment in full (including tax).
